Amie Georgsson Jammeh

Amie is from Sweden. She completed her training from 2014 to 2017 at the Iwanson International School of Contemporary Dance in Munich. In 2019, she also trained at the Tianmeng Shaolin Kung Fu & Tai Chi Academy and participated in various residencies in Germany, Belgium, Denmark, and Croatia.

Subsequently and during this period, she had engagements in productions within the local, national, and international independent scenes with choreographers including Johannes Haertl Company, Ljuba Avvakumova, Búi Rouch, Jangwoo You, Ayse Güvendiren, Anta Helena Recke, Anna Knöller, and Mario Lopes.

Since 2020, she has been a member of the Münchner Kammerspiele ensemble for the production of Touch / Anouk Van Dijk & Falk Richter, and of the KDV Dance Ensemble / Berlin. She was a dancer in the production of Idonemeo at the Bavarian State Opera.

Most recently, she was a performer in Johanna Richter’s production “fear.less.”
