We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you fill out the Competition Application Form in order to apply for competing in the Munich Piano Competition (“Competition“). express an interest in obtaining information about us, when you participate in activities on the Website or otherwise when you contact us.

Personal Information Provided by You via Competition Application Form or Contact Forms. We collect names; phone numbers; email addresses; city and country; proof of age; music school and teacher; photograph; link to performance recording; and other similar information.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

- Performance of the Competition: When you submit your information via Competition Application Form, we will use that information to create a selection of candidates and to conduct the Competition.

More specifically, we may need to process your data or share your personal information in the following situations:
- First round of the Competition. We will process the information you’ve provided via the Competition Application Form in order to conduct the selection of Candidates for the Second round of the Competition.
- Second round of the Competition. We will share or transfer your information (Name, Age, City & Country, Teacher & Music School, Photograph) to the members of the Competition Jury for the purpose of conducting the Competition.
